The site processes basic server and request information needed to deliver pages, maintain availability, diagnose errors, and protect the service. Additional practices are listed when the related feature or integration is active.

Forms and Full Circle CRM

Information
Information you enter in a form, the page and form context, submission time, and files when a form asks for uploads.

Privacy technology and analytics

Clinical Coding Institute uses necessary technology to operate the site, protect it, and remember your privacy choices. Optional preferences, analytics, and marketing technology is controlled through the Privacy choices control.

Your choices and consent records

Accepting optional technology is voluntary. You can reject optional categories and continue using the site, or change your choice at any time by opening Privacy choices. Withdrawing a choice stops future optional processing controlled by Compliance and removes accessible registered storage where possible.

When your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, Compliance keeps Marketing disabled while that signal is active.

To demonstrate and administer your choices, the site keeps a pseudonymous consent receipt without storing an IP address or user-agent string in that receipt. Server-side receipts are scheduled for deletion after 400 days.

Legal grounds, sharing, and international processing

Depending on the context and applicable law, information may be processed to provide a requested service, operate and secure the website, comply with legal obligations, pursue legitimate operational interests, or act on consent. Optional analytics and marketing technologies remain subject to the choices described above.

Information is shared only with authorized personnel and service providers needed for the purposes described here, or when required by law. Some providers may process information in other countries under their own terms and applicable transfer safeguards; use the provider links above for details.

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or an objection to certain processing, and to withdraw consent without affecting earlier processing. You may also have the right to appeal a decision or complain to a privacy regulator.

To ask a privacy question or make a request, email clinicalcodinginstitute@gmail.com. We may need to verify the request before acting on it.

Changes to this notice

This notice updates when the site’s registered Full Circle features, CRM integrations, or Compliance settings change. Material changes may also require renewed choices or a separate notice.

Configuration notice: Automatic detection cannot identify every server-side integration or determine the site owner’s legal basis and retention schedule. The site operator must review this notice when services, forms, vendors, or data practices change.

Your privacy choices

We use necessary technology to operate this site. With your permission, we also use optional technology for preferences, analytics, and marketing. Read our privacy policy.
